DESIGN

OMNISHELTER's products are designed to withstand the operational conditions experienced throughout their lifetime, to comply with specifications and standards given by customers in terms of mechanical, electrical and thermal performances. FEM structural, 3D design and Omnishelter developed Thermal analysis software is normally used.

 

 

MATERIALS

Omnishelter offers shelters made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel or reinforced fiberglass. The selection of the material takes into account all the various environmental and operational conditions and constraints in which the shelters are expected to operate, as well as the safety requirements, with special emphasis on thermal insulation, fire protection, corrosion prevention and noise reduction.

Omnishelter offers fully-equipped shelters a wide range of systems and accessories, such as : Cooling and heating, Ventilation, Passive cooling, Pressurization, AC/DC power distribution board, Logic control panel, Lighting and Sockets, Grounding, Alarms, Fire Extinguishing , EMC/EMI, Lightning, UPS, Rectifiers, Generators, Solar Systems, Batteries and as well as ancillary accessories for most application types

 

 

 

TEST

Technology testIn order to verify that the design, manufacture and quality targets are achieved, the shelters undergo a stringent factory test program before being released for delivery. Such a program includes mechanical, electrical and thermal tests. Thermal performance of the shelter is subject to an accurate series of tests carried out in a fully equipped Climatic Chamber facility at OMNISHELTER's plant. During these tests, the real external and internal shelter operational conditions conditions are recreated so that the test results are fully comparable to on-site performances.
